Terms and conditions gite "les Deux chênes"
1 Holiday price : the quoted price (see the rates
figure) is guaranteed for the agreed period on receipt of your
non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental given price, together
with the signed booking form, at which time we will confirm your
holiday. The invoice balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Payment can be by bank transfer or direct payment to the
provided account details.
The holiday price does not include the bed linen and
towels. Extra payments for extra KW, the bed linen and breakage can be
paid to the local person.
2 Returnable breakage deposit : a breakage
deposit of 150€ will be requested on payment of the
balance
four weeks before the holiday begins. It will be held as security, and
will be returned to you the day of your departure less the cost of any
breakages or damages if applicable. An equipment inventory will be
given to you on the arrival, you will check the validity and sign it in
the next 4 hours.
3 Care of the House : You are responsible for
leaving the house in a good order. Despite the fact that a final
cleaning is included in the price package, the owner should bill an
additional cleaning if needed.
4 Arrival and departure : The gite is bookable from Saturday
to
Saturday, it will be available after 3pm on the day of arrival
and
you should leave before 11 am on the day
of departure.
5 Visitor cancellation : In the case that you have to cancel
your booking, you should claim on your travel insurance. Only the
breakage deposit will be returned
6 Owner cancellation : In case of major disaster in the house
such that the owner has to withdraw the property, full payment will be
refunded.
7 Accommodation capacity : No excess capacity is
admitted without contract modifications. The owners can refuse
admission of any of your party in excess of the agreed people number.
8 Barn and Garden usage : The barn is used as
garage and play area for ping-pong. The garden is at your
disposal, cutting trees and flowers is not allowed.
