The
package rate includes a fixed Kw electricity per day (see the above
figure). The Kw account is initiated at the arrival, the over Kw are
billed at the departure 0,08 €/Kw. The week includes 7 nights.
For the full house,
a
breakage deposit of 150
€ will be requested on payment of the balance 4 weeks before
the
holiday commences. This will be banked and held as security. It will be
return to you the day of the departure less the cost of any breakages
or damages if applicable. If the property is left in an unacceptable
condition, an additional 50€ cleaning fixed cost will be
billed. See

You can book only
one room, in this case, you will not have access to the kitchen and
living room, the bathroom will be shared.
If needed, bed linen
and towels may be provided : 6 € per room. |
